Cliquish. I had a negative experience with a MOVIE chain while viewing a recently released movie. I figured that if someone could rate movies in theatres, it would be logical that there would be a place for sharing opinions about movie theatres. Well, I was wrong. Epinions has not risen above its cumbersome search functionality nor has it shown any competence in being a broad opinion service. I still haven't recommended this service to a soul since it doesn't deliver on either income or opinion tracking. This service isn't about sharing opinions on products and services. It is a clique of politically correct wannabees. I also note this thread isn't one that members can earn funds for expressing displeasure with this weak service. I can only surmise that this was an expensive proposition for a service promising so much but delivering so little.
