My biggest complaint is no tech support. They do not respond to email, so don't try. Upon purchase I was charged for both the $20, version 10, AND the $40 "all future upgrades", though I did not want the "all future upgrades" feature. Online webpage purchasing process was deceptive. It is easy to mistakenly purchase the upgrade.
I first tried to contact the company via email to no avail. After doing some sleuthing of my own I was able to find a billing number and physical address, which I will post below fwiw. When contacted at the billing number, I was given an immediate refund of the $40 "all future upgrades" that I did not want. But, any good company will always provide contact information and tech support at no cost. It should not have required so much on my part to find out how to contact them.
I purchased this software to use the Super-Track-Edit feature, which I am pleased with. It helps to keep my music organized nicely and locates the album info, which was all I desired. I did not want to use the download feature, so have no idea how good or bad that is. I recommend the software if you want to organize a large CD collection, but be CAREFUL when ordering.
