Ordered an APC Netshelter rack, two APC rackmount battery backups, two APC rackmount extended batteries. I received all the backups and batteries via UPS ground. Each box weighs about 120lbs. UPS damaged all 4 units. Bent frames, broken parts. I called Ebuyer right away, and was told I have to wait for them to file a claim with UPS, and it takes about 2 weeks for that to happen. I wait 2 weeks to find out they have not submitted the claim yet. Lady tells me wait one more week. I wait one more week to find out it still has not been done. I then talk to a very nice lady named Kay who helps me out, and finally gets the ball rolling. It takes another week for Ebuyer to get the correct return tags to UPS(Came with only 1 of 4 tags about 3 days in a row). UPS finally takes the product and I wait about 3 days to find out it will be another week before the credit is approved. So, I have been without the product I purchased for about 4 grand for a month. All I wanted Ebuyer to do is ship me the replacement units via a freight truck, and I would have been on my way. I am canceling the payment via my credit card company, and will never do business with Ebuyer again. I hope you business owners take heed to this warning. Do not purchase large items from them. They are just the middle man. They ship things directly from their distributor(Ingram Micro), and ship it to you. So it goes through a lot of hands before ever arriving.
