Pros:PROS: Quality contruction, no base unit(bulk), portable, good battery life, comfortable in hand
Cons:CONS: Not for serious gaming, friends will be jealous. $$$ Expensive.
The Bottom Line: Recommend for non gamers. Not very accurate and short delay hinders serious gaming. Perfect for surfing and office documents.

I picked up this mouse online and paid around $75.00 for it. Prices have since come down which does not bother me much as it fit the requirement at the time and continues to do so.

First off, this mouse is marketed towards laptop owners with integrated Bluetooth already installed. The mouse does not come with a Bluetooth base. You must already have the Bluetooth built into your computer or already have a Bluetooth base unit. I am using it on a Dell XPS Generation II laptop with integrated Bluetooth-a $14.00 option if you order by phone and ask-normally $60.00.

The convenience is you save on weight and hassle of plugging something in. Once the mouse is within range -65 feet they claim-you just click a mouse button and the laptop will activate it within 2-3 seconds and your off. This works pretty darn good.
Construction of the mouse is first rate. It is not too small like other USB mice and it is not overly large. It is about 65-70% of the size a normal mouse is and does fit nicely in an average sized hand.
The mouse feature nice rubber and top surface areas for easy grip and comfort. This is what you are really paying for as it allows you to get a good grip on the mouse.
The mouse is a 2 button left/right mouse with a scroll wheel that is also a push button though I have found that it gets in the way of the scroll sometimes when trying to push as you inadvertently scroll. This is common with other mice as well and not isolated just to this particular model. There is no learning curve with this unit.

I would not recommend this mouse for games as there is just a tad of a delay in operation. This is nothing someone would notice during normal mouse usage such as surfing the internet or office documents and it is not bad. It just is not going to win many games with the delay because the big bad monster will be upon you before you can react. This is more a flaw with Bluetooth than the mouse. If gaming is your nature, pickup a wireless non-Bluetooth mouse.

Battery life is impressive with this mouse going for over weeks straight and when I replaced the 2 AA batteries, it was still going strong. So I cannot give an accurate estimate to the battery life other than to say that it is pretty good.
Access to the battery compartment is a no brainer with the button up top. Press and the unit separates for battery access.

Sliding across most surfaces is about the same as any other mouse which is to say nothing special. There are 3 small contact points on the bottom and this mouse like many others could benefit from a lager contact area which reduces the chance of the stick on's on the bottom of the mouse from sliding off.
I did not use any drivers for the mouse as XP and even XP Pro 64bit has it's own built in drivers. No issues.
