Horrendously slow shipping and poor tracking!

Eastbay.com offers a vast selection of sports and exercise apparel and shoes that any sports enthusiast could possibly wish for at the convenience of shopping from their home. This is where the Pro aspect of the online retailer ends and the Con begins. Unfortunately, the seasonal sport of the particular clothing or shoes you order from Eastbay will most likely be nearing it's end by the time your order arrives.
The site's tracking feature is ambiguous at best and shipping is ridiculously slow. An example being a recent order I purchased on August 23rd. The site’s tracking information states: "order is anticipated to arrive on September 5th." Yes, the tracking feature states "anticipated arrival." Thirteen (13) days from the time of order to arrival. Subsequently, If a return of your purchase is required an additional 13-15 days can be expected before your order has finally completed, providing that the returned item is "in stock" which is only learned while checking the site's incomprehensible tracking page. Perhaps this is Eastbay's attempt to earn a profit by influencing consumer's to purchase additional "speedy" shipping alternatives. Whether this is their intention or not this consumer will "opt out."
Hoping my first lengthy experience with Eastbay was the result of unintentional circumstances, my second experience will be my last. LESSON LEARNED!
