No viable options for anything
The Bottom Line: Stay well away from them. If you need help, you will be running around in circles. Terrible

I bought a prepaid SIM card from Cingular Wireless.
They deactivated my account for some reason or another, And I'd rung up the store that I bought it from, the person I got on the phone was SO rude and 100% unhelpful. So I called up customer service, which seem to be the only people that CAN help...But does that mean they DO help? Not a chance.
Anyways, they wanted proof of purchase. I do not have a fax machine so I could not fax it. I provided them with viable options such as Emailing it. Going to the store (those idiots in store can't do a thing when it comes to your account), Putting it on a web page OR giving them any detail of the receipt OR myself they needed.
The Customer Service Representative told me I needed to fax over the proof of purchase, so I said I can't but I can do it any one of these other ways.
He then told me I MUST provide proof of purchase, I told him that I could!!! And he said I cannot, the only acceptable way is by fax!
My 5 days of being with Cingular, my phone has worked for 1.
They are the worst telecommunications company I have ever dealt with. Every person I have talked to that works for them with the exception of 2 people (out of what, 12? maybe more) have been absolutely useless and, have a condescending manner.
Do not go with Cingular Wireless. I would never have wasted my money, which they wont give me back.
