Bad one...has too few features, especially in the search...

Well, when I first opened hotjobs.com, the first thing I notcied was that it don't have category like Computers or Informational technologies (at least not on the first page). After that, I went to the search page, where I noticed that there aren't any advanced options for the search. Just has the main features like Location, Keywords and such ...
For example, on headhunter.com, you can search by Salary range, or if you are looking for startup companies, your degree, the workday's length and many other cool features.
Headhunter.com also has many other features that can be extreamly useful!
For sure, if you are looking forward to find your job online (in search engines for jobs), I wouldn't recommend you to use hotjobs.com . You will just lose your time, in my mind... You'd better try with headhunter.com and perform advanced search! You will notice that it has very cool features and it will help you much, so that you can search only the jobs you need (just to filter them...).
