Web site is easy to search, and navigate. Prices are very good. Delivery is very quick: even standard shipping gets the product to me in 3 days, although I live less than 100 miles from NYC.
I only had to call customer service once (because a hard-to-find CD was holding up my order.) The rep was polite and efficient.
I would not hesitate to recommend J & R to anyone. They are my first choice when ordering electronic merchandise online.
