My experience with Nextel has been absolute HELL! I used their services for my business. For several of my employees, I requested the most basic plan; walkie talkie only and cellular calls restricted. When I received my bills, I noticed different fees for basic services. When I questioned this I was told I was being billed for basic which included web access, which I did not request, but it was part of basic service. I asked why it was applied to some phones and not others, I could not get a straight answer. I stated clearly that I wanted a credit for the web services, which I never requested or was told about. I never received any credits for these misleading charges. Than over the next several months I found that my employees were using the cellular services even though there were restrictions on the account. I called Nextel, they said it is impossible. I than called them from the Nextel phones and told them to call me and they said, hmmmm, we seem to have a problem. I said I am owed a credit for all the cellular calls. Nextel said they would research that. Hours and Hours of calls over months, and the billing has still not been resolved! I finally gave up.
