My shopping experience with Delias online store was "Okey". they charged me regular price for clearance item by error, (but as soon as they got my e-mail about it, I got credit immediately. this kind of error occurs a lot with any stores, so it's okey), but they never replied when I let them know order problem on their site and never let me know if they fixed it. (there was an item I wanted, but the item never got in my shopping cart no matter how many times I attempted, so I notified the error, but never let me know when or if it's fixed, so I was unable to buy it. this thing is very unprofessional, I say. if they want to sell their merchandise, they must do something right away). Anyway I once refused them to send me a catalog 2 years ago because I received it apparently by mistake. it was sent me, but I knew it was for 14-16 year old girls. I was more than twice of that age, so I notified them to send it again 14 years later when my baby turns 14. But I got their catalog again recently shortly after my baby turned 1 year old. I was going to throw it away but looked at it once before throwing it away, then I found a 'Golden Girls " tee in their latest catalog. I like Golden girls and wanted it, so I decided to go their online shop to order, then I also found more stuff online, I found some clearance items at very good price.(Messenger bag, was $24.00 is now $8.99(I could use the bag as a diaper bag. it's pretty pink color, and it has lots of pockets, and convertible to backpack, I believe it can be a very good diaper bag), and Cute holiday card set, was $12.00 is now $6.99 and Rudolf slippers (I don't remember the original price) is only $4.99.). Also my catalog had a coupon for free shipping for order $25 and more. I say I bought good stuff at Delias. But Golden Girls tee was backordered at the time I ordered (it was in August), I just found out that the tee is available now, (I mean the tee is shipped me in the next few days) it's in Mid September, it was cold here in Denver today, I don't know if I have a chance to wear it. By the time the tee arrives, it may be Snow here.(possible).
I want to write something nice about the store too. Although they did not provide me shipping confirmation info or track#, my order(in-stock items) arrived fast. (in my order status info on the site, said my package was sent by super economy service(something like that), I wondered what kind of shipping service, it was just a regular USPS mail), then in my package, I found samples of tampons, Britney Spears cologne(I wanted to try it, so I was so glad), and full size Shaving gel. that was nice. I liked the store, I am going to check their clearance again and shop when I find something good.
