Thanks, I'll have to check the size. I have a yahoo account and tried to use the link from their photo album, but no luck. It worked fine for classified ads (also in yahoo, of course). Oh, well. People will just be deprived of my fabulous visage (yeah, right).

I noticed that a lot of my geocities pics don't work either, and I seriously doubt there even is a free host in existence anymore. First Talkcity put the firewall up, now geocities too (ever since they got bought out by Yahoo). If the picture is under a certain size (like 10 Kb I guess), then it will show up fine. Any more than that and the picture won't show up. What's even worse is that if you type the URL to a geocities picture and someone clicks on it, they'll get a "Page not found" error because it's set to automatically put a bunch of "%20"s in the URL in your browser! So you have to type the URL manually in your browser to actually see it.
As far as I know there is no free picture hosting site that exists. I used to get it for free on www.zy.com, but recently I visited there and apparently now they are charging for it too. If I actually do decide to pay for hosting though, I'm gonna go with homestead because a lot of people use them and they seem pretty reliable.
