Still no response to my letter of complaint.

On 23 July 2005 I opened a HSN charge account by phone to take advantage of a computer offer and extended service plan in order to pay $50 less for the computer. My order was accepted...On 25 July I checked my account on website and found my orders were canceled. I called same day and was transferred to three different people and none could tell me why orders were canceled. Last person told me that further investigation of my problem would be made...31 July called customer services back since no reply to my problem yet. Talked to two different people this time. Last person told me that maybe telephone or address was wrong. Yet he had the correct information as well as all the people I had talked to in the past. Was told that he would see that credit department had correct information but would have to wait until July 1st since the 31 Aug was a Sunday and that no one would be available until then...Aug 1st received my HSN Credit card and envelope had my address wrong and mail man brought this to my attention. Called HSN credit department told them about wrong address number on envelope. Was told then that in 16 days try again to place my orders again and should be able to purchase the computer.... Aug 25 attempted to place order again but was told there was still a block on my account but she could tell me why. I talked to supervisor and she said that she would try to correct any problems that was preventing me from doing any ordering and try again on Sep 2nd...Sep 2 called again and there was still a block on my account but again no one could explain to me why the block on my account....I would have had the computer and rest of order If I had not applied for there credit card and just used my Discover card I am sure of that. I even tried to make order with my Discover card but was told no I could not since there was a block on my HSN Credit Card account and that I could not even pay by personal check or even a cashier check or certified check because of block. Anyway I requested in writing on Sep 3 to close the HSN credit card. As of today (Sep 19, 2005) I have not heard from HSN about my grief with them and really I don't expect it...I also was concerned about my credit history and obtained my credit rating from the three major credit companies and my credit was in perfect order.....UPDATE December 19,2005..Just wanted to say that HSN did not respond to my letter of complaint and to this date failed to close my account like I requested. There lost plus found a better deal as far as customer relations go locally were I live.
