Worst online store I ever dealt with

So let me tell you about my time with SuperDuperClub.com. I bought a DVD from them and chose Standard shipping so it would be 3-19 days. I waited 14 days and emailed the company as to where my product was because they did not and I don't even believe they have tracking information for my product (even though they swear they do... it's never updated at all). They said that they were sorry I didn't receive the product and they are sending out a 2nd shipment. A red flag went up... Whoa. They are sending a 2nd shipment? It's 14 days later and they never sent the FIRST shipment. They have no tracking information, no proof, no nothing. Yet they have the nerve to still charge my credit card. They now are saying I could be waiting 19 more days for my product because that is the shipping I chose. Yes I chose 3-19 day shipping... but that was 14 days ago. Based on their knowledge I could be waiting as much as 38 days for this ONE DVD.
This is by far THE worst online store I ever dealt with. I am currently talking to 2nd level Yahoo! support to handle this issue because they are investigating this company for fraud. My credit card company had to stop payment for this DVD and they are investigating the situation as well. Stay far away from this company... You may pay less for your product... but you'll never receive it.
BUYER BEWARE!
UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.com/) and if you are having problems with this online retailer I suggest you do the same thing.
