Customer service is horrible

Pros: good picture quality, plenty channels
Cons: horrible customer service
The Bottom Line: I would not recommend to anybody, very snobbish and misleading customer service. Can't get a hold of supervisor, hard to get a hold of anybody.

I've learned in past months that directv representatives say one thing and do the other. We've been struggling financially in last months so I've been forced to ask for extensions on the paydates. First I used their websites automated extensiondate system to find out to my surprise that servise got turned off way before my approved paydate. And when I payed the balance I waited several hours to get the service back on. When I finally got thru to a person with the service center several hours later they turned it back on after my request.
Past friday we asked thru customerservice to get an extension from wednesday to friday for a payment and and we were told no problem and told that it is noted in an account. Well, wednesday service was shut off. After several phonecalls we found out that we were laid to by representative that told us that there would be no interruption if paid friday. And here we are without service for three days. When asked for a supervisor he was supposed to call back in an hour. Well, it has been 12 hours and no call back. (another lie). Very discusted and will switch back to a cable.
