BEWARE! These guys are all about dishonesty. If they promise you any kind of rebate, you will not get it. First, it took almost 2 weeks to receive my order of two phones, but the worst has not yet come. With two phones, Wirefly promised 4 rebates, 2 for $75, 2 for $30. Total amount of rebates = $210. There were an additional 2 rebates total from T-mobile, which is different. No problem receiving the rebates from T-Mobile. I sent the Wirefly rebates exactly per their instructions and sending it within 180-210 days (I sent it on day 194 of my activation date), in separate envelopes, dept numbers, UPC copies, etc. Weeks later, they tell me they did not receive 2 of the 4 rebates within the 180-210 days, therefore I will not receive the rebates. Then they tell me they never received the other 2 rebates. I can't even resubmit that because by the time they claim they never received it, it is beyond the 210 days, which they still require. Geez, they are a huge pain to deal with and it's just not worth it. Instead, I decided to warn other people.
There is a reason why they tell you to send in the rebates after 180 days. They get commission from T-Mobile (or whoever the cell provider is) for activations. If a customer stays on the plan for a minimum of 6 months, T-Mobile will not charge back the commission to Wirefly if the customer cancels their service after 180 days. By the way, they get hefty commissions and bonuses from cell providers (upwards of $200 per phone activation). Further, if you shelled out any money to Wirefly for your phones and dispute the charge with your credit card company, you are out of luck because credit card companies do not deem rebates as a valid reason to dispute.
If you are thinking of doing business with Wirefly, think twice. They lure you into promises they have no intention of keeping. They will make excuse after excuse.
Hope this helps somebody.
