When one makes an online purchase, most times they either "wing it" or purchase by word of mouth. Crutchfield.com is undoubtebly one of the best e-retailers in the business today. I received my product as advertised and in an expedient manner. However, your purchase does not end upon reception of the product. An unprecedented staff of technical advisers and staff offer online and live support for the length of your purchase where you actually speak to LIVE personnel. And, for some reason, you are not pleased with your purchase or require a return, free return shipping is included; no questions asked. I purchased several items at Crutchfield.com and although I write many negative epinions regarding online retailers none come to mind regarding Crutchfield.com. On the down side your purchase may be a bit more costly than other fly -by-night audio e-retailers, but service and the fact that you are not getting a b-stock item more than justify it's price. Recently I purchased a Rockford Fosgate T212D4 Subwoofer. The description as featured on the site was more than accurate and my expectation upon reception was quite pleasing.The item was securely packaged and was received within two days after placing order.In my personal opinion Crutchfield.com is the only place to purchase online car audio equipment.
