I recently purchased various toys and a dog gift set. While the dog gift set is nicer than expected, the toys were a disappointment. The Fold And Go Easels seemed cheaply made, the chalkboard was plastic, barely chalk usable and the marker board did NOT erase! I returned both of them. The 50 Cars w/ Mat weren't your normal little cars, they were cheaper and the "mat" was a laminated poster. I returned that also. Collections Etc did arrange UPS to come pick up the items at my house at no charge and I sent them back at no charge to me. I have yet to receive a credit, though as UPS just picked up the items yesterday. The customer service seems nice; I have only contacted them via e-mail. They take about 2 days to get back to you. I did keep the race track, I have not put it together yet (not so sure about giving it as a gift because it comes in a little plain box-it's for my kids though) and the Pizza Hut Play Set is nice, too.
