I waited for nearly a month for my biology text to come, it never did so finally my money was refunded... three weeks into the semester. In the meantime customer service was terrible; it took them a week to return emails. The icing on the cake was that they gave my credit card number to another company (AP9*PASSPORTTOFUN) who promptly charged it and signed me up for their membership. What a pain...
