Tweet The Bottom Line 24/7 free tech support advertised is NON-EXISTENT Linksys manufactures perfectly acceptable products, as far as I can tell. I purchased a PCMCIA card and a 5-port workgroup hub from them. My gripe (the only one, but significant) is the fraudulent packaging. The packaging states they have "24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Free Tech Support." That is total garbage. I managed to fix the problems I had on my own, using trial and error, but it was terribly frustrating. After reading a couple other reviews who said the same thing, I decided to post my own message. If enough people complain about this, maybe they'll do something. My recommendation: Don't buy ANY Linksys products if you think there's a chance you'll need technical support.
