i can't believe this guy actually feels entitled to be offended about this. and that he turns around and tries to take out his childish emotions by slandering a company's products (see his other montego review) on epinions (his only two entries to date) only further proves how immature he is.
so they don't provide customer support for drivers that they probably are still trying to figure out themselves. deal with it--its obviously a company policy. it should not reflect on the overall quality of the product.
