I bought this item about a year ago, after my son had jammed puzzle pieces into the V.C.R. I didn't even know this type of product existed. It is great. Once you put in the movie, just pop this in after the tape, and they can not figure out how to remove it.
My son who is now 2, knows that after I put in a movie, that has to go in next, if I forget he reminds me! He thinks it doesn't work unless this safety item is in place. Now that his sister is 1, he makes sure that she knows she can't touch it. It really is a great piece of mind, and so cheaply priced to save your V.C.R.!!! I say everybody needs one!!!
