When I have more time, I'm going to have to share my story of how my first-grade teacher reacted to a lice-scare! I'll always remember it.
Will have to tell the story of my "dandruff" in sixth grade, as well.
I'm going to put that on my list of things to do when I get back from my road-trip!

Many times, in fact! One year especially, lice was going around really bad in the schools. I'll bet we did the "whole thing" (shampoo, washing bedding, etc) at least 5 times over the year. The teachers said those critters liked CLEAN hair....the must have, because mine got them again in a matter of days after returning to school! It was awful :-(
