My experience with Cingular (formerly CellularOne) has been nothing but first rate.

I didn't need one of these expense plans with a million minutes I'll never use. With my plan I have 250 prime time minutes and free nights and weekends.

I wanted to subscribe to a service, but didn't have too much time. My representative took my application over the phone. She let me choose my phone and accessories, then took my credit card information. When I showed up at the retailer all I had to do was sign the sales receipt and walk out the door.

My phone has been working great. I did have an issue with the phone mail at first. The old person's name was still on it. But I called the service number and it was resolved in a matter of minutes.

Staff was always polite and courteous. It was a wonderful experience compared to others I've had. The phone I wanted was priced at half of what everyone else was selling it for. I feel like I got a really great deal, a really great phone, and a really great service provider.
