I bought my Gateway last October. I tracked it through UPS and it was here on time, just as promised and it only took me a few minutes to set it up! I loved the option of being able to take a few free classes through Gateway also for buying their product. I have 128 megs on my machine, and it is very fast. I download alot of stuff..and I still have tons of room..even after the software packages that came with my machine and were installed. This is the first Gateway that I have purchased and I probably will not purchase anything else when it comes to another computer. I had a Compaq before and it continually froze on me. None of that type of problem with this machine. In fact, I have had NO problems with my machine whatsoever since I bought it. I would definately recommend this product to anyone young or old..it is so easy to use. I not only got all the usual computer components (mouse,monitor,keyboard,cpu,etc) I also got the hardbound books to keep all of my cd's in and I received a mousepad. I just cannot say enough about this product or the people at Gateway. I am so pleased with the product. In fact, took my friend into the store to purchase one of her own about a month later!
