If you are not a big investor, never never think of Etrade.
First, they keep you waiting for hours when you call customer service.
Second, they lose every form you send them, and they tell you it is your fault because they did not receive it even though it is confirmed that the mail was delivered multiple times.
Third, they will ignore you once they cannot solve your problem. The final solution from them-keep sending your form. You know the result - they will keep losing it.
Finally, you lost a lot of money over three months period simply. They deactivate your account because they keep losing the form.
Conclusion: they don't care about you or your money, because they are heartless and incompetent!
