CINGULAR YES, THE DIGIT IN UR IN BANK ACCOUNT AFTER THE BILLS. 0 ZERO.

PROS:
-ABSOLUTELY NONE-

CONS:
40 CENTS A MIN PEAK HOURS
CINGULAR OFFPEAK = AFTER 9 PM
VAST SYSTEM BUSY ERRORS
POOR COVERAGE AREA
CONTINUOUS SUDDENLY DROPPED CALLS
ALMOST ALWAYS 1/2 SIGNAL
NO RECEPTION
GARBLED "DIGITAL" CONVERSATIONS
RUDE "FLOOR MANAGER" DAVE DONWHITE EXT 7696

I like that you mentioned the source, but a report by Voicestream seems a little biased? I've driven up I-5 a few times on my cell phone the entire time (from olymp to seattle) and have gotten dropped once, I think (and I was calling another cell phone so it may have been the other end). I haven't used Vstr myself but others have and have had lots of connection problems.

Cingular's pricing right now is incredibly better also, unless you only use a phone during week days
