I ordered a guitar that was listed as "on backorder" as well as a stand that was "in stock." The order confirmation said Music123 would contact me about the guitar. When they did, I was told they would simply have it directly shipped from the company, and I should receive it within 2 weeks.
So 3 weeks later, I call them up and ask why I haven't recieved either the stand or the guitar, and they said they were "on their way."
After calling them 3 weeks straight after all this and still receiving nothing, I called the guitar manufacturer myself. I told them the whole story, and how I was worried that I wouldn't recieve it in time before I moved 2 weeks later. They said they actually hadn't been contacted by Music123, and when they confirmed the order, agreed to rush-ship it to me.
I contacted Music123 about this, and again asked why I had not recieved my stand even when it was in stock. No response whatsoever.
I finally recieved the stand a week after the guitar. The stand was bent.
For all the time it took to actually get my order, they sure didn't seem to have problems charging my bank card immediately.
