I thought in America one could express an opinion. As provided for in the First Amendment.
But, when you do, this is the type of email response you will get from "the Twister Group", what really goes on in the thoughts of some people, which causes such a response. Being nice does not cost anything. [As a side bar. In Epinion.com research, I have learned that In the last three months customer satisfaction is at 70% positive and 25% negative for the Twister Group that is a C average; and appears to keep going down].
But read their email and if you are dissatisfied "watch out" the emails which threaten "keep on coming".
READ for yourself and see.
Quote from "The Twister Group" sent via email.
"3 for "On-time delivery".
Order was placed [Delete for privacy reasons] Saturday, was shipped on Monday and delivered on We.
[Delete for privacy reasons] Not bad for ground shipping! Is it 3? So what is 5? Delivering before order was shipped? Or even before it was placed?
Customer support is rated 1.
We promptly responded to return request and issued a credit. Everything within our policy.
Product met expectations rated 1.
But it's cars that did not meet expectations. We never claimed that the product purchased will fit any specific cars. We NEVER asked about it BEFORE placing an order and we simply shipped the model number that was ordered. [Item was NOT clearly explained]
Order tracking was 3.
We emailed tracking number on the same day the product was shipped. What exactly is expected: tracking information before the order was shipped? Or even before it was ordered? Or perhaps video recording in real time of how the package is physically moved from Arizona to Virginia? Or may be the order tracking was poor because there is a restocking fee?
Availability of product you wanted was rated 2.
The specific model was shipped. It was readily available at the time of purchase.
ALL OF THAT IS FALSE INFORMATION.
Your wording:
"there are laws which prohibit the disclosure of information, especially false information"
We are now in the process of preparing a packet of information for other merchants including the name, address, place of business, email account, IP computer address, etc. Unfortunately this fraudulent order has occurred and we'll have to warn other merchants." end quote.
You decide. I have.
