I just placed my second order with Famous Smoke Shop. Compared to the other mail-order companies, in my view, the prices are much better the order-takers know the products very well. The woman that took my order was courteous and professional. For persons that live in the Northeastern States, delivery is virtually immediate. I thought they were located in Philadelphia, but actually they are north of there. Also, make sure you give your email address to the operator correctly. I missed out on some good deals because they had my email address wrong.
