Asking for copies of my utility bill, driver's license and crdit card (front and back) is just plain crazy. I've bought everything from furniture to kitchen appliances on the web and have never been asked for this kind of information.
It's of note that the merchant wanted all of this information before sending out said merchandise but had no problem posting the full charge to my bank account as soon as I ordered.
I'll never shop here again.
