I chose PriceRite after seeing that their prices were the best for the Panasonic PV-GS250 camcorder on cnet.com. I read some of the reviews on this vendor and decided to go ahead because of the excellent price they offer. I decided to buy this through the phone rather than through the internet so that I could get it shipped as soon as possible. I had already made up my mind to go with the deluxe package they offered which had a memory card, a camera bag and some filters, plus some other camera accessories. These arent great value but are OK for they price they are sold at.
I reached a customer services rep called Sam (or San, I am not sure), extension 734. He was cordial and was knowledgeable on the camera. Most importantly, he gave very good information on the pros and cons of the camera. He tried selling the Pro and higher packages which came with this camera but I declined since I am not a professional and dont really need these. He offered FREE TWO DAY shipping while the site only offered free regular ground shipping. The camera was shipped on the same day of purchase (I had called in the evening and the camera was shipped out in less than 6 hours) and I received it on the 2nd day from then.
I would reccomend PriceRitePhoto to all my friends. Also, I am planning to buy a still camera and I am sure I'll go ahead with PriceRite.
