Excellent experience both times I've ordered from Electronics Expo.
On a Friday afternoon I ordered JBL EC-35 and E-250P speakers at a great price with free shipping. Within the hour I received a nicely formatted email receipt. A FedEx Ground advance ship notification email arrived five hours later, and the speakers arrived the following Thursday (6 days from original order). The boxes were absolutely new unopened merchandise in the original packaging and in excellent shape. Plugged them in and been thrilled ever since.
Second order was on a Sunday for a Samsung DLP TV stand. The price was excellent, and again free shipping. It's a heavy item (110 lbs) and shipped via truck freight. Same great service, this time through Seko Worldwide. A polite phone call from the freight company the day before the delivery was to be made to schedule a 4 hour window for delivery. The driver arrived exactly at the beginning of the stated interval and brought it to the door and helped me get it inside. The package was new, unopened merchandise with absolutely no damage.
Both orders arrived quickly, with no up-sale phone calls or other needless delays. The pricing was excellent (especially considering the free shipping on these heavy items), the merchandise brand new (not returns or floor models) and the order logistics top notch. Other stores often advertise a broader selection, but for the items that they carry, the pricing, product quality, accuracy and delivery speed are excellent.
