These guys have the WORST Customer Service I have ever dealt with in any company. Their reps hang up on you. Just call them and when they quickly tell you their name so that you won't understand it, ask them to repeat it. They hang up. Ask them what their operator number is - they hang up. They all are in on this game they play, knowing that there is nothing you can do about it. They are rude. The time waiting to speak to one is unbearable. Then they usually do not know what is going on.
I ordered a Fender Rumble 100 amp over a week ago. In their advertisement, it states that availability is 3 to 5 days. Yet, they still do not have an amp to send me. It does not take a week to get an amp from ANYWHERE in the U.S. so they are just crapping out on me as usual.
Why do I buy from them? Prices, convenience of my MUSIC123 credit card, other than that, I would never buy from these bozos. They truly suck!
