Lousy, aggressive attitude

Pros:The deal I received was decent, with an automatic rebate given for an phone purchase.
Cons:CSRs have nasty, lousy attitude, condescending, demeaning rude behavior, long wait for autopay setup.
I submitted my payment over the weekend by mail before the Monday due date. Three days later, I received a nasty phone call from a U.S. Cellular rep saying that a payment was past due. I told them I mailed the payment over the weekend, how the rep threatened they will shut off service by the follwoing week if they don't receive it.
Almost all of my personal bills are on autopay except this one. According to the forms I received from U.S. Cellular, it would take 2 months before such a system can be put into place.
I didn't expect such aggressive behavior, especially since they KNOW I have an A credit rating from the time I applied for service. Considering I run up bills in the thousands of dollars each month, it seemed unnecessarily petty for such an attitude for a $50 bill.
Perhaps they're used to dealing with people in this manner. But the bottom line is, they lost a customer.
