I would not recommend this retailer to anyone who expects honest advertising and good customer service. From the buyer ship down I have received at best incorrect information and at worst frankly dishonest information.
I ordered a Hitachi 46F510 46-inch CRT Projection HDTV and was so excited because I thought it included an HDTV tuner which I precluded from the name which did not say 'HDTV ready' or 'HDTV monitor'. I sent in my order with no regrets.
The following day I visited the Hitachi website and read up on the model I purchased and discovered it did not include the tuner and Hitachi advertised this model as a HDTV monitor so I promptly called Overstock.com to verify the status of the tuner. What I received was complete confusion on the part of customer service as to what the difference is between HDTV and HDTV ready.
For weeks now I have received contradictory emails from Overstock.com one email says they don't know if the the TV has the tuner the next one says it does. My latest experience is 4 broken promises of someone from the 'warehouse' will contact me to answer my basic HDTV questions about their product. I have spoken to Best Buy and Circuit City and both of these retailers understand this new technology enough to know what a HDTV tuner is. Overstock.com sells HDTV tuners, HDTV's with integrated tuners and HDTV ready televisions and is still confused by my simple request to tell me what is that they were shipping to my home. Maddening.
My television is now sitting in my living room still boxed because Overstock.com had agreed by email to allow me to return this television if it did not contain the tuner. I would like to do this only now they are saying that they will not accept the returned TV for some unknown reason and for the last week no one has returned my calls or emails from Overstock.com. I have made a part time job of getting this company to stand by their product and their word. Unless you are willing to risk the same avoid this merchant like the plague.

To get you the best possible price, we literally buy the item and have it on our site within days, and the description may not contain detailed specifications.
