I bought a $8k diamond from Niceice.com 4 years ago. When I got it appraised, it was a little under what the certification said (I don't blame them, it was an honest cert -- it is just as likely that the appraiser was wrong).

I was very nervous about them taking it back, but they were really cool with it. So I returned it and, with no hassle whatsoever, they put the money back on my credit card. No hassle, no restocking fee, no "store credit." They just refunded me all the money.

I eventually bought another diamond from them was appraised exactly like the certificate said.

Extremely friendly, very open, I recommend them to friends all the time. After all, they passed the big test, they gave my money back with no strings attached!
