They have a fantastic selection available and the prices are good. I had found them through price grabber as being the lowest price competitor for the camera I wanted. I had placed my order for a Minolta A200 (8 MP) with camera bag and compact flash card on the Oct 17, 2005. Although we had gotten off to a rocky start with back orders, Customer Service Technician Mike really took good care of me. Once we were in contact things began to progress much faster with the order. He was very courteous and understanding and put me in the “comfort zone” about delivery time. He even added 2 additional items at no charge being I had to wait longer than normally expected. Once the backorder was in, the shipment arrived in one day UPS ground shipping being I was in NY state. I had the camera and all accessories by November 2, 2005 and all items were correct. The unit is factory new and just a nice piece of equipment. They really have pleased me with the way they handled the situation in the end with resolving the order. Would I buy from them again?
