The price was good but the savings wasn't worth the aggravation. I ordered on line an lcd tv which seemed a bargain at $948 with shipping by FED-X. But I received a call from a salesman trying to sell me a 3 year warranty for $200 and I probably made a mistake by letting him talk me into it since it also included upgrade to Fed-X 2day and a "Monster Cable". I had previously called (before my on line order to be sure the item was in stock and was told it was. Well, I ordered on 10/14/2005 and finally received the TV (but not the warranty or monster cable)on 10/31/2005. In between I called several times and it took anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 and 1/2 hous on hold for someone in customer service to answer (although once I did reach customer service they were very nice)and was told that even though it was in stock that by the time my order got to the warehouse it was no longer in stock and they didn't know when it would be. I did receive 3 days prior to the TV a TV cleaning kit which I didn't order. After I received the TV I called (held on over 1 hour) to see where the Monster Cable and especially the warranty was. After holding for 10 minutes the rep told me that I needed to send back the screen cleaner which they sent by mistake and they would then send me the Cable and the warranty. This was unnacceptable to me as I didn't really care about the cable or the cleaner but the Warranty was the important thing. So I said forget the cable and I'll keep the cleaner and to send me the Warranty. They said they would. We'll see! I "saved" about $100 over two other on line electronics dealers which I have had great success with before, but in hind sight it certainly wasn't worth it.
