Pros: Good coverage, affordable, good selection of phones, etc
Cons: Some blackout areas, be careful of salesmen
The Bottom Line: As with any purchase, do not rely on the salesman for all your information. As long as you have PCS coverage and you don't need analog, this is it!

| ebaycadillac's Full Review: Sprint Mobile Phone Service in Boston |
I used to work for RadioShack. While there, I sold a number of Sprint PCS cell phones.
I have a hard time selling something I don't personally like... I didn't even have to worry about this service. I had a Motorola Timeport for about a year then (about a year ago), and I loved every aspect of Sprint's service.
I missed my payments several times, even before I worked at RadioShack. Unlike some other wireless service providers, Sprint never threatened to cut my service. They were even friendly when I asked for an extention on my bill!
When you buy any cell phone, make your decisions for yourself. Most wireless solution providers offer their employees a certain bonus (often referred to as SPIFF) for every phone they sell. For some salesmen, this is just an incentive to help the customer pick what he/she wants. For others, it drives them to pressure people into getting a device they might not normally get.
I have no complaints about PCS service, except for some minor black-out areas (make sure to get a dual-band so you will almost always have service). Their rates are excellent, their "service agreements" give a lot of flexibility compared to a contract, and their customer service is excellent. Read what others have to say; it should be along the same lines!
