If I had checked the ratings here at epinions.com, I might not have placed my order with outpost.com - a poor move on my part.
But...so far, so good.
I was going to order online but, I couldn't get the rebate form to work. So I decided to call, on the off chance that someone might on duty at 9:30CDT. To my surprise a CS person answered and told me to use the email form to have the rebate info sent to me. He was courteous and helpful and I placed my order over the phone.
The next day I received the rebate info and noted that my account had been charged, I tracked my order and found that it had shipped the same night that the order was placed! Ordered Tuesday night (2nd Day Air) - received Thursday AM - VERY fast.
I ordered a Wolverine Flashpac and at $149 it was $40 cheaper than any other online shop I visited. The rebate was for $40, bringing the price down to $109 - VERY good price...IF the rebate comes through. I'd give five stars if I had the rebate in hand.
