always brings back childhood memories of Frank Zappa on the 8-track in my dad's car.
anyway...what a great epinion. I had a similar experience with Gateway. Ordered a laptop to be shipped to my new apt in Michigan while I was still a New Yorker. Jan 1 rolled around and no computer. It had been delivered - to NYC. I still don't know who signed for it....
Two addresses in Michigan later, they still have my original Michigan address. I have given up on trying to get them to fix it. I just ask them to ship to my "business" address. oh well...

I guess there are enough non-confronting to counter act the confronting. These people also received a $600 digital camera in a camera bag from a local store. They called up the salesman and made arrangements to discretely bring the camera back so the salesman wouldn't get in trouble.
