I really appreciate the service we received from Blinds.com. Being able to save a project and come back to it repeatedly is a great feature. I checked some measurements four times, printed out the entire list and marked up notes to myself. Your system to allow the room identification to carry clear through to the label on the shipped blind is very thoughtful.
Because of care in measuring and the direct transfer of numbers from my computer to the shop floor, every blind arrived exactly as needed for each window. They also traveled a long way up here to the Northwest and arrived in excellent condition. The only evidence I found of wear was a small scratch on the end of one wand, unnoticeable even today.
A small confusion occurred during the ordering process and I had to email the support folks about it. Again, it is all good. The replies were courteous and prompt. The matter was resolved quickly (it was my error) and never delayed the process.
So, great prices, excellent service, helpful staff, timely delivery and a perfect fit. Sorry I can't come up with a single suggestion on how to improve anything. In exchange for considerable cost savings, the buyer is obligated to do his/her part in understanding what blind will do the best job, making sure the measurements are RIGHT and entering the data on the order. You do your part and Blinds.com does theirs.
