In purchasing my camera at the price I wanted I knew that I would have to deal with an "up-sell" type of company, that said, I ordered my camera only (not the kit)at price rite photo expecting a hard upsell and/or an "inventory problem" after the day after phone call to "verify" my order. As a last minute order (2 weeks before I "had" to have it) I was hoping for a minor miracle to cover our baby shower. After placing the order on a Thursday I initially didn't hear from Pricerite photo until Monday which was discouraging however in speaking with the representative (Sam at Ext. 201) I was pleasantly suprised that although there was the standard "information" on available accessories there was no hard sell or "inventory problem" - on the contrary, Sam was sensitive to my position and asked if I needed the camera by a certain date and when I told him about my situation and the long response time he offered to upgrade my shipping to 2 day for free - enabling me to recieve the camera a full week before I had to have it. The camera had obviously been opened before but it was in new condition and the accessories were still factory sealed. Camera is working great and I will have no problem doing business with this company again.
