I love nice slow sensual songs. Wrapping my arms around my husband and slow dancing the night away is a fantasy come true. A few of my favorite picks are as follows: #1 I Want To Know What Love Is by Foreigner. A very good romantic song and a feeling I had for many years while searching for true love. #2 Sharing The Night Together by Dr. Hook a popular song from the 70's that has that nice slow groove. #3 Unchained Melody by The Righteous Brothers. Not only the theme song from Ghost but a very sentimental song as well. Great for romantic weddings. #4 In The Mood by Glenn Miller. A classic from the Big Band Era. Beautiful instrumental. My grandpa taught me how to dance to that one. #5 When A Man Loves A Woman by Percy Sledge. Micheal Bolton did a good rendition of it but I prefer the heartfelt way that Percy performed it in the 50's. # 6 Close Enough To Perfect by Alabama. A wonderful country song dedicated to those of us who aren't perfect but perfectly loved. My romantic husband had that played for our first dance at our wedding. #7 Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin' by Journey. A very sexy romantic song that just gets my motor running.I love most of Journey's songs full of feeling and great messages. Open Arms is another fave. #8 Careless Whispers by Wham. Love the brass section on this song and the feelings George Micheal's puts into it. #9 Up Where We Belong by Jennifer Warren and Joe Cocker. The theme song to An Officer And A Gentleman. A great couple song that says we can make it together. #10 Rock N Roll Widow by Tina Turner. This song was on the B side of What's Love Got To Do With it when it was released in 1984 on the old vinyl 45's. After many years of searching and driving the guys at Wherehouse Records crazy I finally found it on the European version of the Private Dancer album. This song has a lot of soul and romantic groove.
