Pros: easy to use, good quality and design, durable, awesome battery life!
Cons: buttons could be bigger. ( I have fat fingers)manual could use some work.

I bought is lock about 3 months ago from Fingerprintdoorlocks.com. My wife and I think this lock is the greatest thing since sliced bread. We were always looking for keys and replacing our locks due to lost/misplaced keys. We had to change our locks every time we gave out keys to contractors and housekeepers and did not know if copies were made. This lock is the only lock on the market that I have seen that is truly a SINGLE LATCH lock that does NOT require any additional holes to drill and does allow you the ability to manage individual users directly on the lock. The folks at Fingerprintdoorlocks.com were very helpful in making sure I ordered the right one, as they come in both LEFT hand swing and RIGHT hand swing. I do agree with Dennis in that the manual needs some work although I did figure it out. I debated buying a less expensive unit but as I know that being in the technology industry that you get what you pay for. Hats off to the folks at Fingerprintdoorlocks.com as this product rocks!
