Unacceptable customer service.

Just our luck, right before a big trip, our dvd player in my vehicle goes out. So my husband and I researched a few and he found one on www.Digironics.com that he really liked. Well, we had about 2 weeks before we were leaving, so we placed our order and paid for 3 day shipping, which was a lot higher than regular shipping. I have to say this website had a large selection of merchandise, a secure check-out and ordering was easy.
This was on a Sunday night. I knew that it would be around Thursday before it actually arrived since the order was placed on a weekend and I was okay with that. Well, Thursday came and went, so I tried calling the customer service number on their website. There was no answer even though it was well within their stated business hours.
So I call the next day to request a tracking number, since I did pay additional for the 3-day shipping services. The phone was answered with a very rude "Hello" and being sure I dialed the correct number, I asked if it was the number for Digironics. The man didn't answer, but asked me who I was. Again, I asked if it was Digironics. He finally said it was. I told him I was calling in reference to an order I had placed over the weekend. Without getting my name or order number, he just rudely said "We don't have it." I asked him how he knew he didn't have it if he didn't know the order number. So he asked me what I ordered and I told him and again very rudely he told me that they didn't have it, and when they got it, it would be shipped within 3 days. I told him that was very misleading and he said they didn't have anything that was listed on their website. I guess they order it when you do and that expedited shipping that they charge so much for is worthless.
I found that to be unacceptable. It says no where on their site that they have nothing in stock. Our printed order even stated that our dvd player would be delivered in 3 days. I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional he was.
I did cancel my order and will dispute it with my credit card if he doesn't take the charge off. Then I ordered from Crutchfield. I will never order from a small website store again if I have to deal with unprofessional rude dealers.
