I have been using www.buycheapsoftware.com for some months now to check prices and to buy Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software. This website has a lot of software packages that I use a lot, like Microsoft Windows XP Pro, Microsoft Visual Studio, Nero, Norton Antivirus, and many more. So far I have only made one purchase from them, but I have done a lot of price checks.
DESIGN & FEATURES :
Buycheapsoftware.com is designed so you can find and purchase the software you want quickly and easily. Just select the product you want and buy it right there quickly. All products for sale are nicely organized by manufacturer so you can find what you are looking for quickly. There is a search feature so you can find what you are looking for faster.
As soon as you log on to this online store, you will notice four menus on the top that show you all the options you need to navigate and purchase a product. These menus include: Buycheapsoftware, Customer Service, Account Access, and Information.
The Buycheapsoftware menu is automatically selected so you will see three columns on the main page. On the left column you will find all the software manufacturer names; some hardware manufacturers listed there also. The middle column shows you all the new and featured products available for sale. The column on the right has contact information and a Today's Deals section with the current sale prices.
To shop: if you are looking to buy Microsoft Windows XP Pro, you would simply click on the Microsoft under the software section on the left most column. Doing so will take you to a page with all Microsoft software. You then have to click on Microsoft Windows XP to see a list of all Windows XP versions with their prices and retail prices so you can compare and see how much you are saving. You can select the specific product you want by clicking on the name of the product to see detailed information and the option to add it to your shopping cart. If you already have an online account, just login and complete your purchase. If you do not, then simply create an account by entering your email address and new password.
MY EXPERIENCE :
I completed my purchase at Buycheapsoftware.com in just fifteen minutes because I knew exactly what I wanted. I did not encounter any problems with the sites ability to perform its duties or any design flaws. I personally think the site is designed so almost anyone can use it without a lot of difficulty. If you do not know what you are looking for then you may have some trouble find the right software, but otherwise it is very easy to use.
Once you setup your account, you will just have to login every time you want to make a purchase from the site. To setup an account you will need to provide you name, address, email address, phone number, and of course, you have to pick a password. You account will be setup in just a couple of minutes so you can get on with your purchase.
After you have your added products to your shopping cart, all you do to complete the purchase is click on the Checkout button. You will then have to verify your billing and shipping information, your payment information, pick a shipping method, then complete the purchase. You can use most major credit cards like Visa, Master, Discover, Optima, and American Express cards; they also accept COD and many other payment types. When I placed my order, this site had a free shipping option if the order total was over $200.00.
After the purchase was completed, I received a confirmation email with detailed information about the product I had purchased and shipment tracking information. You can also track your order on this site as it has a live FedEx tracking system. My package arrived on time as promised without any problems but the product was packaged carelessly so the package was damaged; luckily the software I ordered was not damaged.
FINAL THOUGHTS :
My experience at Buycheapsoftware.com was a pleasant one and I did not have any problems before, during, or after making the purchase. The prices are always lower than most retail store and most online stores, so I would highly recommend this online store to everyone for all their software needs. The confirmation email I received had customer service contact information if there was need to contact them. Overall I had a pleasant experience with the Buycheapsoftware.com.
