So one day this state cop flicks on his lights to pull me over for speeding, upon stopping me for no real crime, he wanders himself on up to the car to write me up for something so minor rather than going out and stopping a real crime, so he wanders on up to the window, ans asks, "You know why I stopped you?"
I say "To sell me tickets to the State Policeman's Ball right?"
"The State Police Don't Have Balls!"
