This is the best blind company out there. If you want to pay double or triple for blinds, go with Smith & Noble, Blinds.com, Home Depot. But if you want a small, quality company that will take care of your needs and stand by you no matter what, go with Hot Binds.
Before purchasing window coverings, I did several days of homework, read online reviews, sent away for samples, visited large home retailers, etc. Nobody had the selection and quality of Hot Blinds at the price they offer.
Once I decided to go with Hot Blinds, I called them on weekends and off hours, and they answered my calls every time, quickly, and with care and respect. When one of my blinds was damaged in shipment from the factory, they took care of everything and made the return process easy for me. When there was a mistake by the factory on reshipment, Hot Blinds went out of their way to make sure the order was corrected to my satisfaction.
I now have beautiful blinds in my living room. I can't praise this company highly enough... they really do right by people.
