While Voice stream has a good promotional rate plan of 600 anytime minutes and 1000 weekend minutes, their customer Service leaves much to be desired. Some but not all customer service agents are rude. Unfair and no disclosed charges are not explained during signing the 1 year contract. Never go over your minutes, charging 25 cents a minute and the long distance is only on the weekend. Otherwise 20 cents a minute! 1000 weekend minutes is gimicky! Never use them. Billing dates constantly change leaving you disshoveled! Also there are 20% taxes. many battles with customer Service often in having to contach supervisors and or president of company! cant wait till contract ends will not sign up with Voicestream again!
